Fine art scanning & Giclee printing for artists & photographers

About me

Digital Imagery Specialist

I'm Mike Humphrey, a specialist in digital imagery services based in Chesham, Buckinghamshire, and my interest in photography led me to manage a Kodak Express shop for 9 years in the late 1980s - early 90s.

When digital cameras arrived on the scene replacing much of the film developing and printing market, I decided to leave the retail industry to provide professional digital scanning and printing services for photographers.

In 2011, I expanded my business to include large format scanning and printing services for artists, photographers, illustrators, and hobbyists that require digital archiving from their original works, specialising in scanning stretched canvas.

Additionally, from my personal collection of assorted imagery, I digitally create / alter imagery, scan and clean up historical negatives and transparencies, and digitally restore original posters and photographs of various subjects to high standards.

Currently my camera of choice is a Mamiya 645AFD medium format camera with digital back, photographing landscapes and aviation.
